Roger Priaulx Joins the Board of Directors at Close Brothers
The Board of Directors of Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Roger Priaulx as a new director of the financial services firm.  Priaulx joins five other board members – Linburgh Martin, Managing Director, John Sutlic, CFO, Jeff Arkley, Alana Julie, and Warren Keens.

Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited, through its predecessors, has operated in the Cayman Islands for more than thirty years. The Cayman Islands operation is a subsidiary of Close Brothers Group plc, a 129-year-old London-based investment bank that has recently opened a South African office to administer some of its international assets.

Close Brothers Acquires Business from Scotiabank
Having acquired the trust and corporate business from Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG, Cayman two years ago, Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited (“Close”) continues to expand its business by recently agreeing to purchase three business lines from Scotiabank, Cayman. The agreement includes the transfer of Scotiabank’s representative banking, agency and fund administration businesses.
